Applications for Building Consent can only be lodged for Auckland Central and Manukau areas, if you require a Building Consent for another part of Auckland please call our office.

PBC specialises in Residential Building Consents and doesn’t process Commercial or Industrial projects.

Auckland Council require all Building Consent applications to be lodged in paper form. PBC will print all documents for you before lodgement of your consent. Printing charges
